北京中医药大学学位与研究生教育30年回顾与展望

回顾了北京中医药大学学位与研究生教育30年来的成绩。总结了完善学位制度,健全学位授予体系;创新研究生培养机制,提高研究生培养质量;狠抓导师队伍建设,促进资源合理配置;凝练学科方向,突出学科特色。同时,分析了其中存在的问题,提出了进一步深化改革,将提高人才培养质量放在首位;优化师资结构,继续大力加强导师队伍的建设;突出优势与特色,真正发挥重点学科的龙头作用;构筑创新平台,积极拓展高层次教育。

Education of academic degree and postgraduate in 30 years in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

The education of academic degree and postgraduate in 30 years in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine was reviewed and the experiences were summed up on perfecting academic degree system, strengthening academic degree awarding system, innovating postgraduate cultivation mechanism, improving training quality of postgraduate, constructing tutor team, improving reasonable distribution of resources, condensing orientation of discipline, and highlighting discipline＂ s characteristics. At the same time some present questions were analyzed for further education reform, such as putting the improvement of postgraduate cultivation quality at the first place, optimizing the structure of teaching staff, strengthening the construction of tutor team, protruding the advantages and characteristics of disciplines, playing leading role of key disciplines, building innovation platform, and developing high-level education actively.
