| 摘 要： | 目的测定肺癌与慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者血清血管紧张素转换酶(SACE)的活性,评价其临床意义。方法选择100例正常人、38例肺癌、64例COPD患者,运用7170全自动生化分析仪,采用速率法测定SACE的活性。结果肺癌患者的SACE活性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),COPD组的SACE活性降低,但与正常对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论ACE的改变与肺癌有密切关系,可能成为临床诊断的途径。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical significance of the activity of the serum angiotension-converting enzyme(SACE) in patients with cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:100 normal subjects,38 patients with lung cancer and 64 patients with COPD were chosen.The activity of SACE was detect with FAP by 7170 antomatic analysizer.Results:The level of the activity of SACE in patients with lung cancer was significantly lower than that of healthy control group(P<0.05),but the level of the activity of SACE in COPD group was slightly lower than that of the normal(P>0.05).Conclusion:The determination of the activity of SACE may be helpful in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer. |
