姜黄超临界提取精油的β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选β-环糊精(β-CD)包合超临界提取姜黄挥发油的制备工艺。方法采用正交实验,以挥发油包合率及包合物含油率2个指标,考察β-环糊精与精油的配比(g:mL)、β-环糊精与水的配比(g:g)、辗磨包合时间3个因素对β-CD包合姜黄超临界提取精油工艺的影响。结果优选得最佳工艺,精油:β-CD为1:8(g:mL),β-CD:水为1:2(g:g),辗磨包合时间30min。结论该包合方法工艺简单,方便实用,可有效提高了姜黄精油的稳定性。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparation procedure of inclusion compound of Turmeric oil with β-cyclodextrin. Methods Two indexes including the inclusion percentage and oiliness in inclusion compound were used to evaluate the technologies based on orthogonal design.Three factors related to the inclusion rate including ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin, including ratio of β-cyclodextrin to water and mixing time were optimized in the high shearing mixer method . Results The optimized inclusion conditions were as follows: ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin 1:8( g:mL) , ratio of β-cyclodextrin towater 1:2( g:g) and mixing time for 30 minute. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and efficient inclusion procedure of volatile oil with β-cyclodextrin.
