| 摘 要： | 本文应用二维、脉冲多普勒超声心动图对２７例正常人和２７例慢性肾功能不全患者的左室收缩及功能进行了观测，与正常对照组相比，患者的收缩功能改变无统计学意义（Ｐ〉０．０５），而舒张功能受损，主要表现为Ａ波峰值增高及Ｅ波峰值降低。

| Abstract: | A study of noninvasive assessment of systolic and diastolic left ventricular function by Two-dimensional pulsed Doppler echocardiography was made in 27 healthy people and 27 patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Compared with normal subjects,the patients'Systolic function did not changed significantly (P>0.05).Whereas,the diastolic function was damaged as reflected by increase in Peak A and decrease PeakE. |
