| 摘 要： | 涉及病理学诊断的医疗纠纷和医疗诉讼逐渐增多，作者分析该类纠纷的成因，误诊、漏诊是纠纷的主要原因，导致误诊漏诊的原因包括病理学诊断的自身局限性和医源性过失所致，后者包括病理学检查缺乏管理规范、临床医师与病理医师缺乏沟通、病理工作者责任心问题以及病理报告不严谨等。

| Abstract: | Medical disputes and litigations related with pathological diagnosis increased gradually and their cause was analysed. Misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis , wlfich were made by the itseef limitations of pathological diagnosis and iatrogenic error of medical staff, were the primary cause of medical dispucal disputes and litigations related pathological diagmosis. Iatrogenic errors included defaulting administrative standard of pathological examination, being short of communication between pathologist and clinician, being pressed for responsibility and lacking rigorous pathological report. |
