新生儿出生时的血液生理生化指标的研究

为了研究新生儿的血液生理生化组分水平,我们检测了65例正常新生儿脐血和60例正常学龄前儿静脉血的21种重要蛋白含量及其它5项指标。与学龄前儿的各项测定结果比较:新生儿血清IgG含量无明显差异,血清触珠蛋白,IgA,C_9,IgM、铜蓝蛋白含量均不到20％,血清a;酸性糖蛋白,C_(10),纤维结合蛋白、C_4、B因子、C_5含量均低于50％,血清前白蛋白、纤溶酶原、a_1抗胰蛋白酶、C_3、Ci抑制剂、白蛋白、转铁蛋白含量分别相当于50～80％,血清a_2巨球蛋白、铁蛋白均极显著偏高,血清CH_(50)相当于45％,血清循环免疫复合物测定值为0,血细胞沉降率极显著偏低,红细胞CR_1C_3b致敏酵母菌花环率、红细胞酵母菌花环率均极显著偏高。文中对各项测定指标的临床意义进行了讨论。

A STUDY OF THE PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMISTRY INDEX IN NEONATAL BLOOD

To study the various physiological and biochemical components in neonatal blood, the contents of 21 important porteins and other five indexes in 65 cases of normal neonatal cord blood and 60 cases of normal preschoolers' blood were determined. Comparing the results beween neonat and preschooler ,the content of serum HP, IgA, C9, IgM and CP in neonate are 20% less than that in preschoolersi serum a1AG,C1q,FN,C4,Bf and C5 are 50% less ;PA,Pg,a1AT,C3,Ci-INH,Alb and Tf are 50-80% less; Serum CH50 is about 45% less a2M,Ferr are very significantly higher;CIC is 0; ESR is significantly lower and the rosette rate of RBC-ZC and RBC-Z are very significantly higher. In this paper the clinical importance of determined indexes are discussed in detail.
