我国高血压健康教育研究的现状分析

目的了解我国高血压健康教育领域研究现状和发展规律。方法利用中国生物医学文献数据库检索,获得1978-2006年我国高血压健康教育研究文献,并结合原文内容,分析我国高血压健康教育研究在年代、载文期刊、地域、发文机构、研究领域方面的分布特点。结果共检出高血压健康教育研究文献990篇。我国在该领域的研究工作始于1994年,2000年及以后发表论文占95.56%。载文量超过20篇的期刊有6种,刊载文献占17.68%。发表论文超过50篇的是医院、大学和疾病控制中心,发表论文占85.67%。在护理、治疗2个领域的研究占60.61%。结论我国在该领域的研究绝大部分研究集中在21世纪,且呈逐年上升趋势。医院承担着高血压健康教育研究的主要任务。研究主要集中在护理和治疗领域。但在预防领域研究不足。

Analysis on Current Situation of Hypertension Health Education Research in China

Objective To reveal the situation and the trend of hypertension health education research in China.Method Distributed characteristic of hypertension health education research in the times,the periodical of carrying article,the area,the organization of publishing article,the field of research were analysed by combining extracting concerned literatures from CBMdisc with original literature from 1978 to 2006 year in China.Results Altogether 990 literatures of hypertension health education research were picked out.Research of this field began from 1994 in China,and 95.56% articles were published in 2000 years later.There were 6 periodicals which carried articles over 20,and the amount of literatures carried by them was 17.68%.The hospital,the university and disease control center published articles over 50,and the amount of articles published by them was 85.67%.60.61% studies were on nursing and treatment.Conclusion Hypertension health education research is concentrated in the 21st century in China,and reveals the trend of escalation year by year.The hospital is undertaking primary mission of hypertension health education research.The field of research is mainly concentrated in nursing and treatment.But the field of research on prevention is insufficient.
