桃红通管胶囊治疗输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症的药效学研究

目的观察桃红通管胶囊治疗输卵管炎性阻塞不孕症的药理作用。方法将实验用大、小鼠随机分为模型对照组,桃红通管胶囊低、中、高剂量组及阳性药物对照组、正常对照组,根据实验要求,制备不同的动物模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的药物,观察桃红通管胶囊对输卵管炎性阻塞模型大鼠输卵管通畅情况、血液流变学的影响;观察其对小鼠在化学刺激和热刺激下的抗炎、镇痛效果;观察对大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生的影响。结果桃红通管胶囊对输卵管炎性阻塞模型大鼠全血比黏度(高、低切)均有降低作用,与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);能增加通畅输卵管条数,抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿增生及小鼠对化学刺激和热刺激引起的疼痛反应,与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀有显著的抑制作用。结论桃红通管胶囊具有显著的改善血液流变学,并有抗炎及镇痛作用,能有效治疗输卵管炎性阻塞不孕症。

Study of Taohongtongguan capsule on barrenness with salpingitic block

Objective To research the effect of Taohongtongguan capsule on barrenness with salpingitic block.Methods Rats were randomly divided into model control group,low dose of Taohongtongguan capsule,middle dose of Taohongtongguan capsule group,high dose of Taohongtongguan capsule group and positive drug group.Model rats were established.After intragastric administration,status of uterine tube,hemorheology,anti-inflammatory,anti-inflammatory and analgesic action under chemical stimulation and thermal stimulation and granuloma formation induced by cotton pelletof model rats were observed.Results Specific viscosity in blood of rat was obviously reduced by administration of Taohongtongguan capsule compared with that in model control group(P<0.01).And number of normal salpingitis was increased.Analgesic action under chemical stimulation and thermal stimulation and granuloma formation induced by cotton pellet of model rats were obviously depressed compared with that in model control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Taohongtongguan capsule has a good effect on improving he morheology,anti-inflammatory and analgesic action,can effectively treat barrenness with salpingitis block.
