彩色多普勒超声观测脂肪肝门静脉血流量

目的　利用彩色多普勒超声测定脂肪肝门静脉 (PV)血流量 ,探讨其临床意义。方法　运用彩色多普勒超声检查 30例脂肪肝患者PV内径及时间平均血流速度 ,计算出PV血流量 ,进行统计学处理 ,与正常组 30例对比分析。 结果　PV血流量测定显示轻度脂肪肝与正常对照组差异不显著 ,但随脂肪肝程度加重 ,PV血流量减少与正常对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　彩色多普勒超声检测PV不仅能诊断脂肪肝 ,量化其血流量 ,而且能估测肝功能是否受损、判断疗效。

Clinical Significance of Blood Flow of Fat Liver Portal Vein Checked with Color Doppler

Objective The clinical significance is probed by measuring the portal vein blood flow of fat liver with Color Doppler. Methods By means of checking the blood flow of portal vein of fat liver of 30 cases with Color Doppler, the results are compared and analysed with 30 normal cases, according to statistical treatment.Results The measuring of portal vein blood flow shows no clear differences between light fat liver and the normal,but along with the worsening of fat liver, the portal vein blood flow decreases remarkably, compared with normal contrast group(P<0 05). Conclusion Supersonic checking portal vein blood flow with Color Doppler can not only help diagnose fat liver and quantiate the blood flow of portal vein ,but also can estimate whether the liver function is harmed and judge the curative effect.
