| 摘 要： | 目的:实验证实升白汤治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的效果。方法:用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型。升白汤灌胃7天,测定用药前后白细胞总数变化。测定小鼠血清SICAM-含量,做小鼠游泳实验,取胸腺、脾脏,计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数,并对实验数据进行统计学处理。结果:中药组与模型组、西药组在白细胞总数变化、血清SICAM-1含量、游泳时间、胸腺指数和脾脏指数等方面均有显著性差异。结论:升白汤能明显改善化疗后白细胞减少症。
