| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨青黛涂膜剂的制备及制定该制剂含量测定方法。方法：采用聚乙烯醇和羧甲基纤维素钠为制膜材料制备膜剂。对主要成分靛蓝进行定量分析。结果：优化的处方成膜性好，采用HPLC对靛蓝进行含量测定的线性范围为0．295-5．900μg／ml，平均回收率为100．7％，RSD为1．14％。结论：本制剂设计合理，制备工艺简单，含量测定方法准确可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the preparation methods of Indigo Naturalis Film and establish the determination of its content. Methods： Using PVA17-88,CMC-Na as the excipients, Indigo Naturalis Film was prepared, and the determination of its content was established with HPLC. Results：The optimized formulation had advantages of well filmed,the linear range of indigotin was 0.235-5.900 μg/ml,the average recovery was 100.7 %,with RSD of 1.14 %. Conclusion：The prepared Indigo Naturalis Film is well designed,accurate in content ,simple in preparation and the testing method is reliable. |
