| 摘 要： | 先天性肺动静脉瘘比较少见，本文８例，均经手术证实。男５例，女３例。左肺３例，右肺４例，两侧同时发病１例，８例共９个病灶。Ｘ线表现主要为分叶状，粗大索条状，病灶与肺门之间可见带状阴影相连。本文还对肺动静脉瘘的病理类型、临床症状及Ｘ线表现进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | We studied 8 cases of congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula which is rare in clinics.The diagnosis was confirmed by operation and pathology. These 8 cases included 5 men and 3 women; 3 of leftlung,4 of right lung,1 of both left and right and 9 focuses in total.The X ray findings were mainly lobulatedand thick band like shadows.The focus and hilus of the lung were linked with streak shadows.We also evalu-ated the pathological type,clinical manifestation and X ray images of pulmonary arteriovenons fistula in thisessay. |
