冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白水平观察

目的观察冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平及临床意义。方法冠心病患者130例根据是否合并2型糖尿病分为伴2型糖尿病组（43例）和不伴糖尿病组（87例），与正常对照组55例比较，采用速率散射免疫比例法测定CRP浓度。结果伴2型糖尿病组和不伴糖尿病组年龄、体重指数（BMI）及血脂差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；冠心病患者血清CRP水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）；与不伴糖尿病组相比，伴2型糖尿病组血清CRP水平明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论合并2型糖尿病的冠心病患者血清CRP水平高，可能是引起易发生致死性心血管事件的主要原因。

Expressions of C-Reactive Protein in Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the serum level of C-reactive protein （CRP） in coronary heart disease patients with type2 diabetes mellitus and its clinical significance. Methods The serum levels of CRP in the coronary heart disease patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （ n = 43） ,patients only with coronary heart disease （ n = 87 ） and normal subjects （ n = 55 ） were measured by the immune rate nephelometry. Results There was no different in age, body mass index （BMI） and blood lipid among the three groups（P 〉0.05 ）. The expression of CRP in patients with coronary heart disease was higher than that of normal subjects （P 〈 0.01 ） ,whereas it was significantly lower than that of the patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The high expression of CRP may contribute to the occurring of fatal cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.
