摘    要:目的:采用新方法合成罗匹尼罗中间体2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸。方法:以2-甲基-3-硝基苯甲醛为原料,采用环合、氧化2步反应进行制备,并用质谱鉴别。结果:制得化合物确证为罗匹尼罗中间体2-甲基-3-硝基苯乙酸,总收率73.6%。结论:本方法简便,且缩短了反应时间,提高了反应收率。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To synthesis(2—methyl—3—nitrophenyl)acetic acid by a new method.METHODS:(2—methyl—3—nitrophenyl)acetic acid was prepared with 2—methyl—3—nitrobenzaldehyde as raw material by ring closure and oxidation,and the identification was carried out using mass spectra.RESULTS:The prepared compound was ascertained to be(2—methyl—3—nitrophenyl)acetic acid and the total yield was 73.6%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,due to which,the reaction time has been shortened and the yields has been improved.
