从NO、NOS变化探讨瓜蒌薤白白酒汤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的防治作用

摘    要:目的:研究瓜蒌薤白白酒汤(LGXD)对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响,并探讨其对再灌注损伤的可能性保护机制。方法:采用结扎左冠状动脉前降支法复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,分离血清检测血清中一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性,摘取左室心肌做常规病理切片。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组NO含量和NOS活性均显著增高,与模型组比较,高、低剂量药物组NO含量和NOS活性均降低,低剂量组比高剂量组低,病理结果显示低剂量组优于高剂量组。结论:瓜蒌薤白白酒汤对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的心肌有保护作用,其机制可能与抑制NOS的活性,减少NO的过量产生有关,且低剂量药物组疗效优于高剂量组。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of Liquor Gualouxiebai Decoction NO、NOS Change of Injury Caused Ischemic Myocardium and explore the mechanism of its possible protection to ischemic myocardium.Methods: Ischemic Myocardium was produced by ligating left coronary artery,examine the amount of NO and NOS in the serum,take the injured heart muscle to make biopsy.Result:Compared with sham operation group,NO and NOS in model group were significantly higher,compared with model group,NO and NOS in high-dose and low-dose group were lower,and low-dose group is lower than high-dose group.Pathological result showed that low-dose group was better than the high dose group.Conclusion:Liquor Gualouxiebai Decoction has a protective effect on rabbit ischemic myocardium,the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of NOS activity and to the reduction of excessive production of NO,and low-dose treatment group is more effective than high dose group.
