创伤骨折患者术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素及对策

目的 探讨创伤骨折患者中术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素,提出护理对策.方法 收集2008年1-12月因创伤骨折当天人院拟行手术切开复位术的1 000例患者的相关资料, 采用单因素分析法、多元回归法分析下肢深静脉血栓形成与性别、年龄、骨折部位、合并糖尿病、合并高血压冠心病的关系.结果 1 000例创伤骨折患者中,术前形成下肢深静脉血栓61例.年龄、合并糖尿病、不同骨折部位为创伤骨折患者术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素,40岁以上年龄组血栓发生率显著高于40岁以下年龄组.多发骨折、股骨骨折发生率分别为胫腓骨骨折的12.255、3.283倍,合并有糖尿病患者发生率为未合并糖尿病患者的2.062倍.结论 针对影响因素分析结果 .对高龄刨伤后骨折患者加强监测.合并有糖尿病患者术前加强血糖控制,并针对不同骨折部位加强护理可以有效预防下肢深静脉血栓的形成.
