累积失分考核在护理质量目标管理中的实践

目的运用现代护理管理理论,设置明确、具体、可操作、可测量的护理质量目标。达到提高护理质量的目的。方法制定护理质量目标管理及护理质量检查累积失分考核项目和标准,设立护理质量风险保证金及奖惩细则和实施办法,定期和不定期对检查结果进行分析、评价、反馈、排序和公示。结果对护理质量实行目标管理和累积失分考核,护理质量逐年上升。结论护理质量目标管理累积失分考核,充分调动了护士工作的积极性和责任心,主动为病人服务的意识增强,提高了护理工作满意度和整体护理质量。

The practice of cumulated minus scores examination in objective management of nursing quality

Objective In order to improve the quality of nursing,the modern theories of nursing management were applied to establish definite,concrete,feasible and measurable objectives of nursing quality.Methods The nursing department established the objectives of nursing quality management and the items and criteria of cumulated minus scores in nursing quality examination,and set up nursing quality risk deposits,detailed rules of rewardspunishment and the concrete implementation means.Then the results of examination were analyzed,evaluated,feedback,ranked and publicized in the hospital termly or randomly.Result This practice improved the quality of nursing year by year.Conclusions Application of objective management and cumulated minus scores examination in nursing quality management mobilized nurses' working enthusiasm and responsibilities,enhanced their sense of active service for patients,which improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing service and the whole quality of nursing.
