肿瘤围术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性评价

目的调查分析肿瘤患者围术期抗菌药物应用情况。方法随机抽取本院2009年1～6月肿瘤手术患者病历80份,对抗菌药物品种的选择、适应证、给药剂量和途径、初次给药时机、术后用药时间、联合用药、药物反应等情况进行合理性评价。结果在80例肿瘤手术病例中,给药剂量和途径、初次给药时机合理率达100%;手术后用药时间合理9例,占11.2%;基本合理5例,占6.25%;不合理66例,占82.5%;联合用药合理19例,占23.8%,基本合理30例,占37.5%;不合理31例,占38.7%;抗菌药选择合理31例,占38.8%;不合理49例,占61.2%;适应证合理31例,占38.8%;不合理49例,占61.2%。结论本院肿瘤手术患者围术期抗菌药物应用合理性较差,需加强学习和管理。
