急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床分析

目的 讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的应用。方法 我院收治的59例急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者做回顾性分析。结果 9例急性胆囊炎患者，其中56例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，3例中转开腹，术后无并发症。结论 性胆囊炎患者可以行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，手术时机选择很重要。

A Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Acute Cholecystitis

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)for acute cholecystitis.Methods Clinical records of 59 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by LC in our hospital were respectively reviewed.Results 56 cases were treated by laparoscopic cholecyslectomy successfully in 59 cases of acute cholecystitis patients,the other 3 patients were changed to secondary laparotomy.All of the patients have no complication after operation.Conclusions Our results demonstrate that acute cholecystitis can be treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the operation opertunity is important.
