| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定复方麻仁丸中大黄素的含量。方法结合适当的前处理，采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱Hypersil ODS C18柱（250nm×4．6cm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（84：16），检测波长为254nm。结果大黄素峰与杂质达到基线分离。大黄素的线性范围是0.0984～1．1808μg，回归方程是Y=8．441×105-6．364（r=0．9999）。平均回收率为99．25％。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好，可用于复方麻仁丸中大黄素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of emodin in FuFangMaRen pills. Methods After proper pretreatment, HPLC method was performed on a Hypersil ODS C18 （250 nm×4.6 cm, 5 μm） . The mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid（84 ： 16）. The detection wavelength wae 254nm. Results The peak of emodin was separated completely. The calibration curve emodin wae linear within0.0984-1.1808μ g, Y=8.441 × 105-6.364（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.25%. Conclusion The HPLC method for the determination of emodin in FuFangMaRen pills is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable, which is suited for the determination of emodin in FuFangMaRen pills. |
