阴道超声检查节育环异常8例

目的：探讨阴道超声检查节育环异常的价值。方法：用5MHZ的阴道探头对计划生育门诊的病人作超声检查和筛选。结果：在阴道超声检查中发现有8例节育环异常。其中5例为断裂环残留并伴有嵌顿，2例为完全性嵌顿在子宫肌层内，1例节育环游离于膀胱子宫陷凹处。5例断裂环伴嵌顿中有2例残留在宫颈管内；3例残留在子宫内。结论：阴道超声检查节育环异常，方法简便并能准确定性定位。

Transvaginal Ultrasound Examination Contraceptive Ring Abnormality by for 8 Casess

Objective To evaluatethe value of transvaginal ultrasound in contraceptive ring abnormality(CRA).Methods The patients in the birth control clinics were examined and screened by using ultrasound with vaginal probe of 5MHZ.Results Eight cases with CRA were found by ultrasound:5 cases were residues of breaking ring and incarcerated;2 cases incarcerated entirely into hysteromuscle;1 case was run freely into the vesicouterine pouch.Two of 5 case with breaking ring were residues in the canal of cervix of uterus and others were residues in the uterus.Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasound examination is a simple method for discovering CRA and it provides a accurate way of qualitative and orienting analysis in CRA.
