| 摘 要： | 改进了桔梗皂苷Ｄ的提取、分离及鉴定方法。首次利用大孔旨脱糖脱色及薄层硅胶作色谱系介质，并首次利用电喷雾质谱对目标化合物进行跟踪分析，使高纯度的目标化合物的分离和鉴定工作得以简化。

| Abstract: | Extraction,isolation and identification of platycodin D were improved via experiments.For the first time,macroporous resin was used to degrease sugar and pigment in the isolating of platycodins,the thin layer silica gel H was used as the column chromatography material,trace analysis was carried out for the object compound by electrospray mass spectrum.The process of obtaining and identification of the high purity compound was simplified. |
