口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者的营养状况评价

目的:评价口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者的营养状况,探讨其发生机理。方法:选用7项临床易检变量和多因素营养指数系统对50例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤住院患者进行营养状况评价。结果:50例患者中28例继发蛋白质)能量营养不良,占56%。膳食摄入量低于正常值者其蛋白质)能量营养不良发生率显著增加(P<0105)。结论:口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者常继发蛋白质)能量营养不良,其主要原因是膳食摄入量不足。

Nutritional Status Assessment of Patients with Oral Maxillofacial Cancers

Objective:The objective of the study is to evaluate the nutritional status of patients with oral maxillofacial cancer. Methods: The nutritional status was evaluated using seven easily determined variables and multi_factor nutritional index in 50 hospitalized patients with oral maxillofacial cancer from 1990 to 1992. Results: Fifty_six percent of patients had protein_energy malnutrition. The high incidence of protein_energy malnutrition was found in those patients without adequate dietary intake. Conclusion: Patients with oral maxillofacial cancer usually have protein_energy malnutrition. The reason is that the patients always have an inadequate dietary intake.;
