| 摘 要： | 用斑点 EL ISA法检测旋毛虫病病人和感染旋毛虫豚鼠血清 ,阳性率分别为 97.4%和 10 0 %。同时观察了实验动物在感染前后血清中抗体的变化 ,结果在感染后第 1周即开始出现阳性 ,第 3周后阳性率达 90 %以上 ,第 6周后为 10 0 % ,持续至 10周。提示斑点 EL ISA法用于旋毛虫病的诊断具有敏感性高、特异性强 ,有早期诊断价值等优点

| Abstract: | Trichinella spiralis antibodies in sera from trichinosis cases and infected guinea pigs were detected by dotELISA, with the positive rate of 97.4% and 100% respectively. Positive reaction began to occur in the 1st week of infection, and the positive rate was over 90% in the 3rd week, and 100% during the week 6-10. This indicated that dotELISA had high specificity and sensitivity in the early diagnosis of trichinosis. |
