大孔吸附树脂提取纯化胡芦巴中总皂苷的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选胡芦巴乙醇提取液经树脂纯化的最佳工艺条件.方法:用正交试验法进行优选,以薯蓣皂苷元为指标测定总皂苷含量.结果:乙醇提取后经树脂柱纯化法的最优条件为A1B2C3D3.结论:胡芦巴的乙醇提取物经大孔树脂吸附纯化后总皂苷含量明显增加,本研究为胡芦巴中总皂苷的制备工艺提供依据.

Abstract:Objective :To optimize the extraction and purification conditions for steroidal saponins of Trigonella foenum-graecum L.. Method:The different optimum extraction and purification conditions of Trigonella foenum- graecum L. were determined by the orthogonal test and the content of total saponins with diosgenin as index was detected. Result: The optimum condition purified by macroporous resin after extracted by alcohol were A 1 B 2 C 3 D 3 . Conclusion:The enrichment by macroporous absorbtion resin could enhance the content of total saponins of Trigonella foenum-graecum L. obviously. The experiments provided the basis for the extraction and purification of active constituents from Trigonella foenum-graecum L..
