铅对大鼠肾脏SOD活性和MDA含量影响的研究

摘    要:目的:研究慢性染铅对大鼠肾脏SOD活力、MDA含量的影响,探讨SOD、MDA在铅中毒中的变化。方法:SOD含量采用亚硝酸盐显色法,MDA测定采用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法。结果:低剂量染铅大鼠肾脏SOD活性在30天以后低于对照组(P<0.05),高剂量染铅组SODI知性14天后明显低于对照组(P<0。05)。高剂量染铅组大鼠脏MDA含量在30天后明显高于对照组(P<0。05)。低剂量组60天后高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性染铅过程中,肾脏SOD活性随染铅时间延长逐渐降低,MDA含量随染铅时间延长逐渐增加。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of super oxide dixmutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the kidney of rats exposed to excess lead following the time,and explore the effects of Lead on the Kidney.Methods:SOD activity in the kidney was measured by nitrat coloration and MDA content by TBA method.Results:Compared with control group,the activity of SOD in the kidney was markedly lower in low-dose group after 30 days exposure,and 14 days in high-dose group( P <0 05).MDA content in the kidney of control group was significantly lower than the high-dose group after 30 days.Conclusion:During chronic lead poisoning,lead poisoning results in the decrease of SOD activity and the increase of MDA content as time goes by.
