| 摘 要： | 目的：研究慢性染铅对大鼠肾脏SOD活力、MDA含量的影响，探讨SOD、MDA在铅中毒中的变化。方法：SOD含量采用亚硝酸盐显色法，MDA测定采用硫代巴比妥酸（TBA）法。结果：低剂量染铅大鼠肾脏SOD活性在30天以后低于对照组（P＜0.05)，高剂量染铅组SODI知性14天后明显低于对照组（P＜0。05）。高剂量染铅组大鼠脏MDA含量在30天后明显高于对照组（P＜0。05）。低剂量组60天后高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：慢性染铅过程中，肾脏SOD活性随染铅时间延长逐渐降低，MDA含量随染铅时间延长逐渐增加。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the changes of super oxide dixmutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the kidney of rats exposed to excess lead following the time,and explore the effects of Lead on the Kidney.Methods:SOD activity in the kidney was measured by nitrat coloration and MDA content by TBA method.Results:Compared with control group,the activity of SOD in the kidney was markedly lower in low-dose group after 30 days exposure,and 14 days in high-dose group( P <0 05).MDA content in the kidney of control group was significantly lower than the high-dose group after 30 days.Conclusion:During chronic lead poisoning,lead poisoning results in the decrease of SOD activity and the increase of MDA content as time goes by. |
