| 摘 要： | 急性有机磷中毒仍为常见的中毒类型,复习相关资料,结合临床实践认为,对胆碱酯酶复能剂认识不足和阿托品滥用是造成死亡的重要医源性因素。注重毒源切断,合理使用解毒剂,避免多重中毒,是合理救治过程中值得注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Acute organic phosphorus intoxication is a common poisoning; this text combines the related data and clinical practices to discuss the medical reason resulting in death of organic phosphorus intoxication, in which deficient recognition ofcholinesterase reactivator and abusage of atropine are considered as the main reason, attached to above reason. We should pay more attention to such questions as cutting the poisonous resources, rational use of antidote and avoiding muhiplicitas poisoning. |
