| 摘 要： | 对14例结核性支气管狭窄患经纤维支气管镜下行支气管球囊扩张术，对其实施了相应的护理，内容包括：术前减轻患的紧张情绪，增强治疗信心，准备好各种器械和急救用品；术中密切配合，观察呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度的变化．发现异常及时处理；术后观察出血情况和进行正确的指导。14例支气管狭窄的患经过球囊扩张术后，取得了良好的治疗效果．无严重并发症发生、

| Abstract: | 14 cases patients with tuberculo-bronchoconstriction were treated with balloon dilation under fiberoptic bronchoscopy and given correlative nursing, which included: alleviating their tensions preoperatively, building up their confidence on treatment, preparing all medical instruments and first aid equipments, cooperating closely operatively, observing the changes of breath, heart rate and SaO2, dealing with abnormal situation quickly, observing the situation of haemorrhage postoperatively and giving correct guidance to patients. After treated with balloon dilation under fiberoptic bronchoscopy,14 patients with tuberculo-bronchoconstriction had good curative effect, without any serious complications. |
