Postural and kinetic tremor associated with vitamin B12 deficiency |

| Abstract: | We report the case of a 77-year-old patient who presented a postural and kinetic tremor of the upper and lower limbs of sub acute onset, which revealed a vitamin B12 deficiency and resolved rapidly after the treatment. Such a presentation is rare. |
