黄芪注射液预防顺铂性急性肾损害的临床观察

目的观察黄芪注射液治疗各种恶性肿瘤用顺铂化疗产生急性肾损害的疗效。方法52例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组22例,所有病例均采用含顺铂的联合化疗方案,且顺铂剂量不小于70mg/m2,治疗组化疗开始给予黄芪注射液40ml/d,共用3天,对照组顺铂使用后大剂量正规水化3天,日输液量大于3000ml,两组除外其它肾损害药物。结果治疗组化疗前后尿素氮、肌酐均无明显变化,对照组化疗前后尿素氮、肌酐有明显变化。结论黄芪能预防顺铂所致肾损害,而不降低抗肿瘤活性。

Clinical observation of huangqi injection in preventing active renal injury in duced by PDD chemotherapy

Objective:To study the effect of huangqi injection in preventing acute renal injury induced by PDD chemotherapy in patients with different malignant tumors.Methods:52 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All patients were treated with PDD chemotherapy.30 cases in the treatment group were given huangqi injection 40 ml/day by intravenous drip for 3 days,while 22 cases in the control group were given 3000 ml solution by intravenous drip for 3 days.Results:The urea nitrogen and creatinine in the treatment group before and after chemotherapy were not significantly abnormal,but which were significantly abnormal in the control group.Conclusion:Applying huangqi injection is effective in preventing acute renal injury induced by PDD chemotherapy.
