| 摘 要： | 目的：验证TSGF水平与恶性肿瘤的相关性。方法：采用癌症快速检测试剂盒测定恶性肿瘤患者血清中TSGF的浓度。结果：多种恶性肿瘤患者血清TSGF明显增高;对于荷瘤的恶性肿瘤患者,化疗有效者,化疗后TSGF水平均明显下降,阳性率从治疗前的81.7%下降到51.6%。晚期肿瘤不能切除的患者与肿瘤根治术后患者血清TSGF相比较,根治术后的血清TSGF的值低于肿瘤不能切除的患者。结论：TSGF作为肿瘤检测标志物在肿瘤内科治疗中有一定的临床应用价值,且简便快捷、价格低廉。

| Abstract: | Objective：To test the relationship between TSGF level and malignant tumors. Methods： To test TSGF serum concentrations by rapid determination immunosorbent of cancer patients with malignant tumor. Results： In patients with malignant tumor TSGF significantly higher after chemotherapy TSGF levels were obviously decreased, from 81.7% to 51.6%. Conclusion： TSGF is useful in the treatment of cancer. |
