不典型症状患者平板运动实验与冠脉造影结果临床对比

目的：研究临床有不典型症状患者应用平板运动试验（TET）筛选冠心病的临床价值以及相关影响因素的分析。方法：对我院近1年来有心悸、胸闷无典型胸痛症状的疑似或者未经冠脉造影（CAG）证实的冠心病的患者,年龄18～75岁,应用Bruce方案进行测试,同时给以CAG检查明确诊断。结果：入选156例病人,TET阳性84例,经CAG检查诊断冠心病72例,需行手术治疗53例。结论：TET筛选冠心病的临床价值较高,且简单易行,结合高危因素诊断价值更高,是目前最可靠的冠心病无创检查方法之一。

Clinical Comparison beyween TET and Coronary Angiography of Atypical Symptom Patients

objective: to study the clinical value and relevant influential factors analysis of screening coronary heart disease by TET. Methods: to test (by Bruce plan) all the suspected patients with palpitation and chest distress but no typical chest pain, or coronary heart disease patients which are not confirmed by CAG aged 18～75 in the past year, and confirm diagnosis by CAG. Results: Among 156 patients, 84 prove TET positive, 72 patients are confirmed coronary heart disease by CAG, and 53 cases need operative treatment. Conclusion: Clinical value of screening coronary heart disease by TET is rather high, and easy to perform. And it has higher clinical value if combined with high-risk factor diagnosis, which proves to be one of the most reliable noninvasive measures to check coronary heart disease.
