摘    要:探讨次声作用于大鼠后,大脑皮层神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达的变化。方法雄性SD大鼠放入次声舱,经8Hz,120dB作用2h,每日1次,分别于1,7和14d处死动物,取大脑皮层提取总RNA,进行RT-PCR,以未经次声作用的作照,检测nNOS和iNOSmRNA表达的变化。结果次声连续作用,7,14d后,nNOSmRNA表明显降低次声作用1d后,iNOS开始表达

Abstract:AIM To observe the effect of infrasound on the expression of neuron NOS(nNOS) and inducible NOS(iNOS) in hippocampus. METHOD Male Sprague Dawley rats were exposed to infrasound of 8 Hz~120 dB for 2 hours everyday. The rats were killed after exposure of 1 day, 7 days, 14 days respectively and the total RNA of hippocampus was isolated. RT PCR was used to study the expression of nNOS andiNOS. RESULTS the expression of nNOS of hippocampus decreased dominantly after exposure of 7 days and 14 days. But the expression of iNOS was induced after exposure of 1 days, and was still expressed after 7 days, but not expressed after 14 days. CONCLUSION The expression of nNOS of hippocampus was down regulated after exposure to infrasourd. But iNOS mRNA of hippocampus is induced by infrasound.
