| 摘 要： | 为了解结肠镜检查对小儿便血的诊断价值 ,总结应用高频电凝摘除术治疗小儿结肠息肉的经验 ,通过对 70例便血患儿进行结肠镜检查 ,结果发现结肠病变 63例 ,占受检人数的 90 % ,其中结肠息肉 5 6例 ,均行高频电凝摘除术 ,过程顺利。提示结肠镜检查是小儿便血的重要诊断手段 ,采用高频电凝摘除术治疗小儿结肠息肉安全、可靠

| Abstract: | Colonoscopy was used to examine 70 children with hematochezia. The results showed that 63 (90%) cases had colopathy, among which 56 cases were colonic polypectomy. Colonic polypectomy was done by high-frequency electrocoagulation and the operation was successful. It is indicated that colonoscopy is an important diagnostic measure for hematochezia, and high-frequency electrocoagulation is a safe and reliable operation for colonic polypectomy. |
