南充地区孕妇及新生儿ToRCH感染状况前瞻性调查

摘    要:目的了解南充地区孕妇及新生儿TORCH感染的状况,为优生优育提供相关信息。方法采用免疫化学发光检测系统测定孕妇及新生儿血清中弓形虫(Tox)、风疹病毒(RUV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)和单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)(1+2)特异度kG与IgM抗体。结果所调查的孕妇与新生儿中,ToRCHIgM抗体阳性率分别为16.03%,3.77%;二种以上病原体IgG抗体阳性率分别为80.43%,91.40%。孕妇组ToRCHIgM抗体阳性率分别为1.32%,1.76%,0.55%和13.17%,其中HSV(1+2)近期感染率最高,秋季感染率相对较低。IgG抗体阳性率分别为5.75%,62.26%,96.74%,89.22%。新生儿组ToRCHIgM抗体阳性率分别为0,0.84%,1.05%和1.89%。IgG抗体阳性率分别为1.47%,51.22%,94.27%和87.32%。结论南充地区育龄妇女和新生儿人群TORCH感染的机率明显存在。和国内其它地区比较,其易感病原体种类存在一些差异。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection on rates of TORCH in pregnant women and babies in Nanchong area,and provide the reference for the eugenic and superior nurture. Methods The specificity antibodies to Toxoplasma (Tox), Rubelavirus (RUV),Cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Herpes simplex virus (1+2)(HSVI+2) IgG and IgM in serum of the pregnant women and newborn were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA). Results The survey of pregnant women and newborns,the infection ratio of TORCH in a recent time were 16.03% and 3.77%. Two or more pathogens of antibodies in IgG positive rates were 80.43 % (pregnant women group) and 91.40 % (newborns group) respectively. The in- fection rate of HSV (1+ 2) was the highest, but was the lowest relativein autumn in four seasons. The positivity rates of Tox, RUV,CMV and HSV (1+2) of IgM were 1.32%,1.76%,0.55%,13.17%. And IgG were 5.75%,62.26%,96.74% and 89.22 % respectively in the pregnant women group. The positivity rates of Tox, RUV, CMV and HSV (1 + 2) of IgM were 0,0.84% ,1.05% ,1.89% ,and IgG were 1.47% ,51.22% ,94. 27% ,87.32% respectively in the neonatal group. Con- clusion The infection opportunity of TORCH in pregnant women and babies in Nanchong area was obviously existent, and type of TORCH infected easily had some difference with ones in other parts of China.
