慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎（chronichepatitisB，CHB）患者外周血淋巴细胞频率变化。方法利用流式细胞术检测25例正常对照者、28例慢性无症状乙肝病毒携带者（chronicasymptomaticHBVcarrier，ASC）和72例CHB患者外周血T细胞、NK细胞、CD3＋CDl6＋CD56＋NKT细胞和B细胞的频率。结果与对照组和ASC组比较，CHB患者CD4＋T细胞、NK细胞、CD3＋CDl6＋CD56＋NKT细胞频率和CD4／CD8比值减低（P〈O．05，〈O．05，〈o．01，〈O．01），而CD8＋T细胞频率增高（P〈O．01），CD3＋T细胞和B细胞频率组间差异无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。结论CHB患者存在T细胞亚群、NK细胞和CD3＋CDl6＋CD56＋NKT细胞比例失衡，纠正CHB患者细胞免疫紊乱非常重要。

Change of Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte Subpopulation in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Objective To investigate frequencies of peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulation profile in patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. Methods Frequencies of T-lymphocyte subsets,natural kill （NK） ceUs,CD3＋ CD16＋ CD56＋ NKT cells, B-cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry in 25 normal controls, 28 chronic asymptomatic HBV carriers （ASC） and 72 CHB patients. Results Compared with the control group and ASC, frequencies of CD4＋ T cells,NK cells, CD3＋ CD16＋ CD56＋ NKT cells and CD4/CD8 ratio were decreased significantly in CHB patients （P〈0. 05,0. 05,0. 01, 0.01） ,while frequencies of CD8＋ T ceils were increased significantly （P〈0.01）, frequencies of CD3＋ T cells and B ceils were not statistically significant among groups （P〉0.05,0. 05）. Conclusion The disproportionality of T-lymphocyte sub- populations, NK cells and CD3＋ CD16＋ CD56＋ NKT ceils exist in C HB patients. It is very important to adjust cell immunity disorder in CHB patients.
