硫酸镁对急性脑损伤后同型半胱氨酸的作用研究

摘    要:目的通过研究硫酸镁对大鼠急性脑损伤后血浆中同型半胱氨酸(homcysteine,Hcy)水平的影响,探讨硫酸镁对大鼠急性脑损伤的作用及机理。方法建立大鼠急性脑损伤模型,采用化学定量法对大鼠急性脑损伤后血浆中的Hcy含量进行检测。结果大鼠脑损伤后血浆中的Hcy在伤后30rain较对照组升高(P〈0.05),2h后较对照组升高显著(P〈0.01),6h开始下降,24h降至基础水平。硫酸镁治疗组在伤后2h,6hHcy含量较损伤组明显降低(P〈O.01,0.05),说明硫酸镁对脑损伤早期具有治疗作用。结论Hcy水平升高可造成大鼠血脑屏障损伤,而硫酸镁对高同型半胱氨酸血症有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the treatment of acute cerebral insult (ACI) by magnesium sulfate and the underlying mecha- nisms and investigated the effect of magnesium sulfate on the level of homcysteine (Hey) in a model of ACI in rats. Methods Firstly established a model of ACI in rats and treated the rats with magnesium sulfate and conrol buffer randomly. Then tested the level of Hey in the rats'plasma after ACI by chemical quantitative analysis. Results The level of Hey was elavat- ed in 30 rains after ACI (P〈0. 05), was increased significantly after 2 h (P〈0. 01), began to decrease after 6 h, and drop to the basic level after 24 h. The levle of Hey was much lower after 2 h (P〈0.01) and 6 h (P〈0.05) in the Magnesium sul- fate treating group than in the control group, which indicated a potential early therapy of Magnesium sulfate in ACI. Conclu- sion The increse of the Hcy level might lead to the injury of blood-brain barrier in rats, and magnesium sulfate showed a potential therapy of ACI by treating the hyperhomocysteinemia possibly.
