ELISA定量检测和肽素对心衰的诊断价值

摘    要:目的评价血清和肽素定量检测对心力衰竭患者的诊断价值。方法采用定量ELISA改进法检测不同程度心力衰竭患者的血清和肽素水平。运用SPSS21.0软件对结果进行统计处理。结果I~Ⅳ级心力衰竭患者的血清和肽素水平明显增高,男性患者的血清和肽素分别为11.19±2.75,16.08±2.38,20.38±2.56和25.51±2.94pmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(F=173.190,P=0.000);女性患者的血清和肽素分另q为8.96±2.52,12.85±2.29,17.47±2.05和20.74±2.78pmol/L,差异也具有统计学意义(F=133.473,P=0.000)。实验受试者工作特征曲线下面积平均为0.896(95%CI:0.861~O.932,P=0.000);诊断心力衰竭的平均灵敏度和特异度分剐为76.7%和91.0%,心力衰竭的平均诊断符合率为80.1%。结论定量检测血清和肽素是用于评价心力衰竭患者心功能的重要实验手段。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of copeptin quantitative detection in patients with heart failure. Methods Quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) improvement method was applied to measuring serum level of eopeptin in patients with different degree of heart failure. SPSS 21.0 software was employed for statistical analysis in this study. Results The serum level of copeptin was significantly elevated in patients with class I -IV heart failure. The serum copeptin of male patients were 11.19± 2.75,16.08 ± 2.38,20.38 ± 2.56and 25.51± 2.94 pmol/L. Significant differences were observed in them (F= 173. 190, P= 0. 000). The serum copeptin of female patients were 8. 96±2.52,12.85±2.29, 17.47±2. 05 and 20. 74±2.78 pmol/L. Significant differences were observed in them (F= 133. 473, P = 0. 000). Receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC) showed that area under curve (AUC) was 0. 896 (95%CI:0. 861% 0. 932,P=0.000). The average sensitivity and specificity were 76.7% and 91.0 % respectively for diagnosis of heart failure. The average rate of coincidence was 80. 1% for diagnosis of heart failure. Conclusion Quantitative detection of copeptin is important laboratory test for evaluating heart function of patients with heart failure.
