| 摘 要： | 目的检测胃癌组织中膜联蛋白1（ANXAl）的表达，探讨ANXAl与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化法（immunohistochemistry，IHC）对20例胃炎组织和80例胃癌组织中的ANXAl表达情况进行检测，并分析ANXA1表达与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果在80例胃癌组织中，ANXAl阳性表达率为90．0％（72／80），明显高于胃炎组织的表达（20．O％，4／20）；ANXAl的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．01），而与患者年龄、性别、胃壁侵犯、分期、分化无统计学意义。结论ANXAl高表达在胃癌的发生发展中可能起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect expression of ANXA1 in gastric carcinoma tissues and the relationship between ANXA1 and gastric carcinoma. Methods 20 cases of gastritis and 80 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected the expressions of ANXA1 with 1HC. SPSS 13.0 software was employed to analyzed the relationship between the results and clinicopathologica parame- ters. Results The expression ratio of ANXA1 was 90.0% （72/80）. High ANXA1 expression was significantly associated with the metastasis of lymph node. Conclusion The high of ANXA1 expression may play a role in oncogenesis and progres- sion of gastric carcinoma. |
