| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨医院感染管理质量控制小组在护理管理中的作用.方法 成立医院感染管理质量控制小组,制定小组工作职责,依据要求加强全院护理人员医院感染防控知识的培训与管理.结果 成立医院感染管理质量控制小组后,医院感染发生率、医务人员职业暴露率、ICU导管相关感染发生率均有明显下降,环境卫生学监测合格率、手卫生依从率均显著提高.结论 医院感染管理质量控制小组对预防及控制医院感染,提高护理管理质量具有重要促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of nosocomial infection management and quality control team （NIMQCT） in nursing management. Methods NIMQCTs were established, team responsibilities instituted, nosocomial infection prevention and control knowledge training and management of all nurses enhanced according to requirment. Results After the establishment of the NIMQCTs the incidence of nosocomial infection, medical staff occupational exposure rate and the incidence of infection related to ICU catheter lowered significantly, sanitary science monitoring qualified rate and hand health compliance rate heightened. Conclusion NIMQCTs have an important promoting effect on prevention and control of nosocomial infection and improvement of nursing quality. |
