摘    要:目的 探讨人性化护理干预对住院青少年精神分裂症患者康复的影响.方法 将114例住院青少年精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,均予以精神科常规药物治疗,观察组予以人性化护理干预,对照组予以常规护理干预,观察8周.于干预前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表、个人和社会功能量表、护士用住院病人观察量表评定临床效果.结果 干预后两组阳性与阴性症状量表评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01);个人和社会功能量表、护士用住院病人观察量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P<0.01).结论 人性化护理干预对改善青少年精神分裂症患者的临床症状,提高社会功能和生活质量具有重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of hospitalized adolescent schizophrenics. Methods A total of 114 hospitalized adolescent schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups receiving psychiatric routine drug treatment, to observation group humanistic nursing intervention was given and to control group routine for 8 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Personal and Social Performance Scale (PSP), Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE)before and after intervention. Results After intervention the PANSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre-intervention (P〈0.01), so did that in observation than control group (P〈0.01) ; the PSP and NOSIE score of both groups heightened more significantly (P〈0.01), so did those in observation than control group (P〈 0.01). Conclusion Humanistic nursing intervention plays an important role in improving the clinical symptoms, social function and quality of life of adolescent schizophrenics.
