尿液分析仪与非染色镜检法测定白细胞结果分析

目的 :探讨尿液分析仪与非染色镜检法测定尿液白细胞之间结果的关系 ,找出检测尿液中白细胞的最佳检测方法。方法 :用尿液分析仪与非染色镜检法同时对 1894例尿液标本进行白细胞的检测。结果 :尿液分析仪检测白细胞结果为阴性者 ,镜检法检出白细胞超出正常范围 (>4个 /HP)的占 1.1% ,而白细胞镜检范围在 0个 /HP4个/HP时 (正常范围 ) ,尿分析仪结果呈阳性 (± )却占 34.87%。结论 :尿液分析仪与非染色镜检法测定白细胞结果之间不成正比关系 ,尿液分析仪不能替代镜检法对白细胞的检测。

The Analysis of the White Blood cell in the Methods of UrineAnalyzer and Microscopy without Staining

purpose To discuss the relation of urine analyzer and microscopy withoutstaining on the WBC,so that find a better method to exam the WBC in urine.Methods To exam 1 894 urine samples with these two methods.Results The positive samples of white blood cell with urine analyzer are 1.10 % abnormal (>4/HP) with microscopy without staining ,the normal range of white blood cell on the microscopy is 0/HP～4/HP.The positive rate on the urine analyzer (±~) is 34.87 %.Conclusions There is not_relation between urine analyzer and microscopy without staining on the WBC.Urine analyzer do not replace microscopy without staining on the WBC counts.
