实验性小鼠蘑菇肺治疗研究

目的 应用氟美松、转移因子、干扰素和锗＾１３２对实验性小鼠蘑菇肺模型进行治疗，探索有效的治疗方法。方法 建立实验小鼠蘑菇肺动物模型，进行不同种类药物治疗，通过体视学定量分析，判断疗效。结果 氟美松和转移因子早期（感染后两周）治疗疗效显著（Ｐ〈０．０５），干扰素和锗＾１３２疗效不明显（Ｐ〉０．０５）。治疗１４天与治疗２８天两组间比较，发现对照组（生理盐水组）愈复非常显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 蘑菇肺

The Experimental Treatment of Mushroom Lung in Mice

Mushroom worker's lung is a kind of inflammatory disease of pulmonary interstic induced by mushroom spores.At present there is no specific method to treat it.In this study,the effect of dexamethasone,transfer factor(TF),interferon(IF)and germanium was observed.From the morphometry quantitative estimation,we found that dexamethasone had significant therapeutic effect at the early stage within 2w and after 2w,and so did TF at the early stage,but the other drugs had no effect.In control group,there was significant difference between the mice treated for 14 days and 28 days and suggested that the key method of treatment for mushroom worker's lung is to leave the inflammatory field.Dexamethasone and TF may help to promote the recovery.
