| 摘 要： | 目的评价双极人工股骨头置换治疗80岁以上超高龄股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法手术切除股骨头,清除髋臼内软组织,安装大小、长度相适宜的双极人工股骨头。结果术后随访1~8年,按Harris评分标准:优28例,良7例,可2例,差0例,总优良率94.6%。结论双极人工股骨头置换术治疗超高龄股骨颈骨折是一种有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bipolar artificial femoral headreplacement intreatment of femoral neckfracturein elderpatients over eighty years.Methods Cut off thefemoral head,Cleanthe soft tissueinthe acetabulum.Fixthe suitable bipolar artificial femoralhead.Results After thefollowing-up of 1 ~8 years.Accordingthe Harris standard,The result was excellent in28 cases,Goodin7,Fairin2and badin 0.The excellent and good rate was 94.6 %.Conclusion Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement is an effective therapyfor Su-per-elder femoral neckfracture. |
