2005-2007年度梅州市药品不良反应报告分析

目的通过对梅州市3518例药品不良反应报告进行统计和分析，了解全市药品不良反应发生分布情况，为临床预防和减少药害事件的发生，提高临床合理安全用药水平提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法进行统计分析。结果梅州市药品不良反应上报的例数呈逐年增多的趋势，药品不良反应涉及的药品以抗感染类药物、消化系统用药和中药制剂为多见；严重的药品不良反应以注射给药为多见。结论加强药品不良反应监测工作，可以减少和预防药害事故的发生，提高用药水平。

Analysis of Drug Adverse Effect in Meizhou during 2005-2007

Objective To comprehend the disposition of the drug adverse effect for clinical prevention and reduction of the adverse effect by analyzing the drug adverse effect report in Meizhou from 3518 examples in order to provide information for reasonable medication improving. Methods The retrospective analytical method was adopted for the forstatistical analysis. Results The drug adverse effects being reported were increasing every, year in Meizhou, which are more common in the medication of anti-infection drugs, digestive drugs, and Chinese drugs pharmaceutics. Injection is a more common access to severe adverse effects. Conclusion Emphasis of monitoring the drug adverse effect can reduce and prevent the occurrence of drug induced sufferings, thus improve medication.
