| 摘 要： | 188Re是理想的治疗用放射性核素,具有优良的核物理特性和化学性能,对多种肿瘤及肿瘤转移灶的治疗有明显的疗效,将188Re标记于某些特异性分子上,应用介入学方法实施肿瘤内照射治疗,提高了治疗的靶向性.综述了188Re在治疗肿瘤中的应用,以及用介入学方法靶向选择性引入188Re进行核素介入治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展.

| Abstract: | Being the ideal therapeutic radionuctide,188Re has excellent nuclear physical char- acteristics and chemical properties,and has remarkable irradiation treatment effects on a variety of tumors and tumor metastases.Relabelled in certain specific molecule,ZSSRe is used for the irradiation treatment of tumor,and its targeted treatment is improved noticeably.This paper reviewed the advances of the application of iSSRe intervention in the treatment of tumor. |
