| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复杂性肛瘘切除术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析1996年至今实施该手术的19例病人的临床资料。结果19例中,治愈17例,失败2例,1次治愈率89.5%。住院时间7～42d,平均18d。结论对复杂性肛瘘的治疗术前要充分检查准备,结合术中具体情况确定术式,手术方法应强调内口处理和瘘管切开。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment experiences of complex anal fistula operation. Methods The clinical materials of 19 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively from 1996 to now. Results There were 17 cases healed and 2 cases failed. The curative rate at first time was 89.5% with hospitalized 7～42 days (18 d in average). Conclusion The detail detections before operation should be taken and combined with certain situation the operative methods should be selected with inner outlet and fistula incision. |
