| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同溶媒对浙贝母生物碱含量的影响。方法：采用比色法及薄层扫描法测定。结果：总生物碱、贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量，水提最低，其次是95%乙醇、60%乙醇、甲醇、70%乙醇，结论：以甲醇及70%乙醇为溶媒提取浙贝母生物碱的含量最高。

| Abstract: | Objective:Compare the effect on alkaloids of Bulbus Fritillariae thunbergii in different menstruum.Methods:Use the determination of colorimetry and TLC scanning.Results:The alkaloids, peimine and peiminiene in Bulbus Fritillariae thunbergii , is the lowest in water extract, and then is low in 95% alchohol, 60% alchohol, methole and 70% alchohol successively.Conclusion:The quantities is the highest with the menstruum of 70% alchohol. |
