| 摘 要： | 目的 研究米非司酮对缩短药物流产后阴道流血时间的作用。方法 选择药物流产患者 4 0 0例 ,2 0 0例(观察组 )孕囊排出后当即顿服米非司酮 5 0mg ,并予益母草胶囊及左克胶囊抗炎促宫缩治疗 ;另 2 0 0例 (对照组 )不予米非司酮顿服 ,其余治疗与观察组相同。结果 观察组药物流产后阴道流血时间较对照组明显缩短(P <0 .0 5 ) ,且完全流产率高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 米非司酮对缩短药物流产后阴道流血时间效果显著 ,同时能提高完全流产率 ,值得推广应用

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of mifepristone on shortening the time of vaginal bleeding after drug induced abortion. Methods 400 cases with undergoing drug induced abortion were randomly chosen, 200 patients orally took 50 mg mifepristoneas as soon as the gestational cyst discharged, and motherwort herb and Zuo\|ke capsules were given to enhance uterine contraction and anti\|infection. Other 200 patients were not given mifepristone, but other treatments were same.Results The vaginal bleeding time in the mifepristone group dramatically reduced compared with the non\|mifepristone group (\%P\%<0 05). The rate of complete abortion in the mifepristone group was higher than that in the non\|mifepristone group (\%P\%<0 05).Conclusion Mifepristone had a significant effect on shortening the vaginal bleeding time after drug induced abortion. At the same time, mifepristone could raise the rate of complete abortion. It is worthy of spreading for application. |
