我院外科围手术期抗菌药物预防应用的调查分析

目的：了解我院外科围手术期病人预防应用抗茵药物的现状及合理性。方法：对2004年在我院外科施行手术的出院病例197例作回顾性调查。结果：外科出院手术病人抗菌药物总使用率97.46%,预防性应用率93.90%,预防用药的给药时机在术前0.5h～2h 的仅占21.62%,术后预防用药占78.38%；头孢菌素类药物使用率最高,其次是氟喹诺酮类、硝咪唑类,三者共占 76.42%。结论：加强抗菌药物应用的管理,执行规范的围手术期抗茵药物的使用原则非常重要。

Survey of Perioperation Prevent Use of Antimicrobials

Objective:To investigate the present situation of antimicrobial usage in the patients who underwent surgical operation in the 316 hospital of PLA.Methods:According to the designed table,a retrospective investigation was made in 197 operated patiens who had been discharged from the hospital.Results:The total rate of use antimierobial was 97.46%and the prevention use rate was 93.90%.0f all antimicrobials used,cephalosporins were used most frequently,quinolones were the second,then were nitroimidazoles.These three kinds of antimicrobials accounted for 76.42% of all antimicrobials used. Conclusion:It is very important to strengthen and improve the management of the antimicrobial in hospital.
